What counts as breaking my streak?+
You decide your own rules when you start. Most people count added and free sugars. If you slip, a reset isn't failure — the app helps you start again with what you learned.
Does the scanner really detect hidden sugar?+
The AI reads labels and barcodes and flags the 56 names sugar hides behind — from maltodextrin to fruit-juice concentrate — then suggests lower-sugar swaps.
Can I stay anonymous in the community?+
